Hash test

Navigate to either of the green or blue sections of the small box below using the internal 'hash/anchor' links, then:

1. Copy and paste into a new tab (all is fine)
2. Reload by clicking the reload button (doesn't work)
3. Reload by clicking the address bar and hitting the return key (doesn't work)
